Currently shipping is through UPS and USPS. HiveR requires that any package shipped has a tracking number even if postage is more expensive to include that service.

When you place an order with HiveR you will receive an email estimating the time it will take to ship your product and an estimated date you will receive it. Many of HiveR’s products are custom assembled and/or hand-packed. Most are not stocked ready-to-ship. Please allow time for us to give the proper attention to your order and insure you get the best quality product.

You will also receive an email once the order has shipped. At that point it will be assumed that you will get your package. If you do not get it within six business days after we send it, please contact us and we will work on that problem. Please keep in mind that around holidays packages shipped through USPS take extra time.

HiveR wants every purchase to be a pleasing experience. We will work hard to provide that.
